How to Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account using one of the following methods:
Option 1 – From the App
If the feature is available:
- Open Testmate.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Option 2 – Email Request
Send an email to support@testmate.in with:
- Your registered mobile number.
- Your registered email address (if applicable).
- Your full name.
- A request to delete your Testmate account.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before processing your request.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 15 business days.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records.
- Tax invoices.
- Payment records.
- Fraud prevention records.
- Information required by regulatory authorities.
Such retained information will not be used for marketing purposes unless permitted by law.
