7. Mobile OTP Login
Testmate currently uses Mobile OTP authentication.
By registering with your mobile number, you agree that:
- You own or are authorized to use the mobile number provided.
- OTPs will be used solely for authentication and account security.
- You will not share OTPs with any other person.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and mobile number.
Repeated misuse of OTP services or attempts to gain unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Testmate does not store your complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or online banking credentials.

59. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Teachfly Educare Private Limited may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate, successor, or as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
60. Severability
